Whats the Problem for John V3 Connection Failed with EDL V3-USB ?

Recently , there have many customers have feedback that :
Why it doesn’t connecting with EDL v3 interface?

The reason is that factory have set that john EDL v3 should be use the EDL v1 or v2 – USB in default , then can work well

By the way , when you click the connecting , the 2 lights on interface will be light on like bellowing picture :
