Buyer’s issues :
I received my package mb star C4 . I put the SSD hard drive. I opened WIS ASRA Standalone and I didn’t see ASRA and MSS.
Maybe I’ll install ASRA and MSS but I haven’t seen it…
Would you assist me?
Engineer’s Solution:
1. Please confirm your software was activated or not first, if not, please contact us for activation
2. If your software was activated, and still cant find ASRA and MSS, please change the date of your laptop to 2023 year when you use the WIS and EPC software of mb star c4/c5.
Attention: Please change the date back to recently date when you use Xentry software.
