I received my package for MB SD Connect C4 Doip + Second Hand Panasonic CF54 Laptop with V2026.06 Car MB Star Diagnostic Software Installed 256G SSD in good condition .
When calling up xentry, either by selecting the vehicle by the VIN or selecting the
model, the screen changes to “the data is being loaded, please wait”. however this is as far as the screen goes. It should be going thru control unit checks and the quick test procedure, but the screen doesn’t load or continue forward.

The problem which you have is you have used the wrong user name and password login xentry account , the correct user name is admin , password 12345 , we also have stated it on desktop the txt file
