If you’re having issues with your laptop not recognizing the CNH EST 9.10 device. Here’s a rewritten version of the engineers’ answer:

Step 1：
Use the other laptop connect our device to see it can find the driver or not first , if you can find the driver means our laptop have problem. There have a video for your reference here:

Step 2
If you have changed the other laptop testing it , still cant find the driver. please trying to change the other usb cable connect the device with laptop.
