When I try to use MB SD Connect Compact 4 MB Star C4 Doip i get an error “Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed”

And the SDconnect C4 shows

Issues reason :

The ethernet cable had popped out a little.its working great now, Thank you , obdiishop nice company
