We have customers have issues to use GM MDI 2 that the device not lights up :
“Everything is plugged in correctly and there is contact with the vehicle, but nothing lights up!”
When you have this issues , please check the following situation :
1.Did you start car ignition or not ?
2.Your car diagnostic fuse wire fired
3.If you cant make sure fuse wire fired or not , you can change to test with other cars
4.You can connect with 12v power cable to check the lights will light on or not
