Problem：
I am mr Camuri the customer that bought end of may the vocom interface 88890300 with the order 2023051595407 （www.obdii.shop）
The interface worked fine up to today and now not anymore, seems problem with supply coming from usb, in fact the green led computer connection is not light anymore and it randomly works for few seconds. How can you solve this issue? I works with this tool.

Solution:
Hi i am coming back to you following the tests i did. The result was that the interface vocom works with some conditions:
1) it needs first to be powered from CAN side, green led engine on
2) plugged to pc usb port, green led PC on. In this case you can unplug/plug the usb as many times you want that always works
So at the end it works fine.
This tricky way most likely should be described in a short user manual
