I’m trying to connect SM2 PRO to my 2023 Toyota Hilux N80 SR manual using a J2534 cable and PCMFlash.
The issue is that I couldn’t establish communication with the vehicle’s ECU.
I was trying to determine whether my PCMFlash software was outdated or whether I needed a different version or protocol for Module 74.
Could you please confirm what software version and module I need to communicate with my ECU, and whether an update is required?
I’m now able to read the ecu and data log of the scan matik but pcm flash says this

Our engineer saw you connected your car with obd cable , if so , you must have to use V2.21.22 software do it
If you use V1.20 version software , you have to open the ECU and connect it with Disconnect and reconnect the ECU pins to do it

Yes, it through Obd on this car it work on my 2023 hilux tho
