To summarize: Ecuhelp ECU Bench Tool Advantages: EDC16, MG1 MD1 and VAG Volvo ME9 support. PCMtuner needs to buy a new adapter to support MG1 MD1, doesn’t support EDC16 and VAG Volvo ME9 yet. Advantages of PCM Tuner: Support operation mode via OBD, Bank and Boot. ECU Bench Tool only supports Bench, and PCMTuner downloads VR files for free, but ECU Bench has to pay for it.
