MB Star C4/C5 BENZ New Diagnostic Software Feedback from User

I bought Car MB Star Diagnostic Software Installed 256G SSD from OBDIISHOP , but when I try to diagnose my 55 amg it says broken cable from the multiplexer to diagnose unit.

i have tried it with another car and it is the same.

Some kind of firewall or what is it?

We solved the problem. It was the IP address. Thanks a lot for all the help.
