How to fix “Unknown Toolkit COM Server Error:(801)” ?

I have issues with my mb star c4 software which like picture display as bellowing , how can i do next ?

Solutions :
1.Replace the bin file of C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\SDconnect Toolkit

2.Then open “TkAdministration” to upgrade the firmware.
