Issues : I am having issues accessing Mercedes Benz EPC (electronic parts catalog) was this application supposed to be loaded on laptop?

Its operation problem , we have let our engineer made some screenshots for steps for you as bellowing :
1.Enter from “WIS_EPC” icon first
2.Then you will enter into the win7 virtual system , need waiting within 1 minute , you will see EPC icon as following picture
3.Click “EPC” , then you can see the software as following
