“I purchased the NEXIQ 2 USB Link + Diesel Truck Diagnostic Tool with all adapters. However, when I installed the Cummins software, I received the following error:”

This issue usually occurs during installation. Please follow these steps to resolve it:

  1. Review the installation video carefully – it contains all the necessary steps.
  2. Set your laptop’s system date to 2014 before starting the software.
  3. Do not change the system date after installation; keeping it set to 2014 will prevent the error from reappearing.
