Customer 2 :
I have got the error for my gm tech2 diagnostic tool as bellowing picture :

1.Please check is it in a flashing , or stuck and not moving ?
2.Please check the software card whether inserted well with the main unit of tech 2 scanner
3.Take out the software card , then trying to insert it to the other one slot to see can work or not
4.If you have another software card , you can try to use it testing with our this tech2 scanner
