Purpose
Using Autel MaxiIM IM608 + XP400 Key Programmer to generate a new key for BMW CAS3/CAS3+ vehicle.

Procedure
Read & Save Key Information
Plug IM608 connector into OBD2 port, and turn ignition on, let’s start:
IMMO >> Accept >> BMW >> Smart selection
Select CAS3/CAS3+ immobilizer system, press “OK”.
Key learning >> OK >> OK
Note: please set up the network to ensure that it is connected to WIFI and keep this state during the whole process.
Remove the key from the ignition switch.
If it is a smart key, please take the key out of the car.
Press “OK”.
Read key information success!
Press “Yes” to backup the original key data.
Rename >> Save
File saved successfully! Press “OK”.
Generate a Dealer Key
Select a blank key position: Key4, press
Programmer generation key >> Semi-smart key
Connect IM608 to XP400, and put the new key into XP400 programmer card slot.
Press “OK”.
The key needs to be pre-processed, press “Yes” to continue.
Key processing is successful! Press “OK”.
Writing key, please wait…
Succeeded in generating a dealer key.
Please insert the key in the ignition switch to start the car!
If the vehicle cannot be started, or a direction lock appears on the instrument, please operate as prompts.
