I am not able to open the Xentry diagnostic program. Please see attached files. Do you have a flash file that will reset this program back to the startkeycenter / license key needed to open this program?

Hello , this problem you have to connect C6 hardware well first , please check
If you did connect the vci still the same issues , obdiishop engineer will help you fix issues remotely , after engineer fixed the issues , you can use the device again
