KT200 ECU Programmer Chip Tuning Tool Update license error

Q: Can I read and write this ecu came from Toyota vehicles, ( Hiace, Dyna,Prius, and hino trucks)

When i use the KT200 ECU Programmer Chip Tuning Tool , i got the error message as bellowing picture :

OBDIISHOP :
This error is because you have selected update it , or cant use it
Anyway , if you updated it already , you just have to reinstall software again, then can use it
