How to Sovle GM Tech 2 Scanner “HBCC failed and states Ignored” Error

Question:

When running the self testing on GM Tech2 the test passes, It shows a fail on VCI test …says the HBCC failed and states ignored…
Is the unit ok to run? How to Solve the error?

The problem is not insert the bellowing adapter to the tech2 unit , you should do it like the second picture as bellowing :
