GM MDI 2 Scan Tool “No valid lease found”

There is a consumer who has this problem have issues for my GM MDI 2 as bellowing :
This is GDS2 software telling there is no valid lease

This is data bus diagnostic telling there is no valid lease

And this is techline connect saying no valid lease

For above issues , should be fix by remote with our engineer (sales@obdii.shop)
Engineer answer : The reasons for the issues happened is that you cant change the date and area for the system of laptop , and cant be change the software language yourself

Buyer : So that was the problem, sorry for the inconvenience that i changed the date and area
