Cummins INLINE 6 Data Link Adapter Can not Connect to an ECM

Customer Problem:

Hello I am having trouble I installed cummins inline 6 software but can not connect to an ecm I think I may have missed a step in the video just not sure.

Here is the suggestion of OBDII.SHOP engineer:

Before installing software , you should close antivirus software and firewall first
There also have installation instructions with the software . Please try it again
If still have problem , please take some screen shots to us (sales@obdii.shop)

Customer Feedback:

I disable the antivirus and it work now all good.
