Customer Problem:
When I use my CAT SIS try to look up information it says install disc

Hello , for these issues is because you didn’t connect our mobile disk use cat sis
Actually software was installed cat sis well in a 500G hdd before shipment, when you get the mobile disk , can take out the hdd , then insert it inside to your laptop , can use it directly , our hdd have system .
Anyway , if you only want use your own laptop , you can install it yourself too , but it need long time for installation
