BMW ICOM NEXT Unable to Communicate with Module

Customer :
I can now open and use ISTA for my , none of the fault code descriptions or test plans work. They immediately say unable to communicate with module. This isn’t right. Is there a setting I need to change? Do I need to update ICOM?
Fault code descriptions are blank.

Hello , your problem is that you have changed the other language for the software , you have to change back to English language use it , then can work , please have a try first
