Autel MaxiIM IM608 can’t connect to Autel update server, Show error Network busy (#1).Please try again later. or Failed to obtain the server address, Error code:10008 .
ERROR-CODE-10008
The reason why that happens is the customer work environment can’t access Autel server, the DNS domain IP address is not allowing it to access autel server.
To fix this problem. You can do as follows:
Go to Autel Maxiim IM608 system settings:
Then do as follows:
Long press the connected network and Click “Modify networe”
Check the the advanced option,select “Static”
Change DNS 1 IP address to 8:8:8:8 which is google server by default
Click “Save” to save the setting
After that, Autel MaxiIM IM608 will connect to the Autel update server normally and you can download the update normally now.
