I receive the laptop,a few of them I installed them but some of them don’t install how do I install it, can you help me ?

In the picture, we can see that you are currently entering the C6 system, and you do not need to install any other software in this system.
The computer has multiple systems installed, so you can restart the computer and enter the corresponding system using whichever software you need.
Please uninstall other software that does not belong to this system.
