Hello , i have bought All Brands Original Diagnostic Tool for BENZ C6, BMW ICOM, JLR, VAS, HONDA HDS, TOYOTA, PIWIS, Subaru, VOLVO, GM, ford,Software Installed with 2TB SSD Authorization of Add Nissan/PSA/Renault Clip Software:2.Need（ OA412-1） from Obdii.shop
But i got errors for using GM software , i have attached some photos as bellowing :

OBDIISHOP :
1.Please not open the vci manager and gm software at the same time
2.Please not installing any other software on this laptop in future
3.When you have the same issues in future , you can unzip the files which on desktop yourself directly
