I have received the Doosan Excavator Inspection Diagnostic Tool from obdiishop in good condition
But when i use it , there are 4 icons on my home screen related to the doosan software,i have attached a pic showing all four and also a video showing what happens when i click on any of the four icons.I guess it is like buying a license for Microsoft office they send you a unique authentication code that only works with that license number the two DDT icons are original number 0012A977 and the two G2 icons are original number FAEC87AF

Your problem is that you didnt install the software well , we offer technical support all life free will help you installing software remotely
You have to connect your doosan device well first before remotely
