Volvo VOCOM II Heavy Duty Diagnostic Kit Error

Do you see the two yellow triangles in the picture? This indicates that volvo Tech Tool is not correctly reading data from the truck. It’s unable to detect the voltage or the key position. That’s why I cannot see the VECU parameters.

OBDII.SHOP :
Connect the device first, then connecting the car .
Please check whether can find tool from device Manager

Then open the software , it will be connecting the device automatically
