NEXIQ 3 USB Link “Received Error Code :134 ERR_INVALID_DEVICE”

NEXIQ 3 cant connect the device , get error as bellowing picture :

OBDII.SHOP checked your photo, your error have 2 reasons :
1:Management tool installed not correct
2:The nexiq 3 didnt connect your car and start ignition
After you installing the management tool well , then connect your car , let the device light on , then connect usb cable with your laptop , and select USB－LIN testing it
