Cause
- Reason: The error is triggered when the Throttle H-Bridge experiences a short to ground at Out1/2.
Impact
- Effect on Operation: The system will impose a torque limit (SVS torque limit 25D).
Circuit Description
- 5V Power: Pin 234
- DC Motor-: Pin 229
- Ground (GND): Pin 240
- Signal: Pin 215
- DC Motor+: Pin 205
Component Location
To resolve the short to ground issue, locate the Throttle H-Bridge components mentioned above on your Doosan Excavator.
Diagnosis Requirements
- Execution: The diagnosis can be carried out whether the engine is running or not.
Error Code Activation
- Setting Requirements: The error code is triggered when the fault condition persists for 200ms.
Error Code Deletion
- Clearing Requirements: The error code will automatically clear if the fault condition is absent for 50ms.
