Porsche Piwis 4 Tester Piwis IV Diagnostic Tool Can’t Recognize the VCI

The Porsche Piwis 4 VCI is not detected by the program. No driver is installed, so it doesn’t show up as a network card in Device Manager; only as a USB device. The VCI shows up in Device Manager. But only as USB
These issues are usually due to the VCI not being connected properly. You can disconnect the USB cable with the VCI first, then connect it well again , and then test it
If you connected the cable properly, you can try using another USB port again.
