MB Star Mercedes BENZ C6 Xentry Diagnosis VCI “User ID “ Issues

Hello. I need help with the MB Star C6 tool. I can not log in to xentry. It says wrong username or password. Also the log in screen is different. This is the first time it happens since I bought the tool. Please help . It goes to online account by itself. It did not do that before. Something is wrong

When i click xentry diagnosis cars offline , I can’t continue without username like the bellowing picture :
