Q: Does this tool include the possibility and dongle for cars?
A: No, this version is only for trucks and does not include a dongle for cars.
Q: Do you have a package for both trucks and cars?
A: Yes. The Launch X431 Pro5, PAD V, and PAD VII support cars, and when paired with truck cables, they also support trucks. The truck cable set comes with a truck license, so there is no need to purchase it separately. You can activate the software yourself.
Q: I’m trying to activate the HD license. The card in the briefcase shows three rows of digits, but when I enter it, it says “password error.”
A: Before activating the software, make sure it is updated to the latest version. Both car and truck software require account registration. Then, go to the activation page and enter the 24-digit password included in the package.
