While doing a diagnostics the mb star c6 multiplexer disconnect itself, and then it connect itself again

How far are you from the car? engineer said it may also be related to the WIFI reception of the computer
Also pls put the device outside the car

I just restarted everything again.

Engineer said you have connected C4 device via WIFI function, not C6, so software unable to communicate with C6, the second picture is the correct C6 wifi name, it’s serial number of your C6 device.
