Hi , i bought Allscanner VXDIAG Car Diagnostic Scan Tool For BMW/ BENZ/ JLR/ PIWIS/ TOYOTA/ GM/ VW/ FORD/ MAZDA/ HONDA （OA412）Software Installed with Second Hand Dell E6420 Laptop With 2TB HDD
But i get issues for benz software as follows：
