BMW ICOM Software Hard Disk Cant be Start

Hello, I purchased your ICOM adapter with SSD. How to install the software to my PC? Please help!Thanks.

OBDII.SHOP :
Our SSD is an internal disk which have to insert your laptop inside then can start use it

Customer :
the windows does not boot, it shows blue screen in , “Your computer/device needs repair “ here is the photo of it

OBDII.SHOP :
You have to setting Legacy mode for your bios system then can start it
