We have issue again using volvo vocom Interface when we try to use the device after few months.
Please see attached pictures for the problem.
We tried different loader and have same problem, any idea?

Your problem is because you have damaged the software
Our engineer can help you fixed it remotely by team viewer
Attention :
1.Please not operate registeration files for the software
2.Please not select “keep serivces funning” to the step as bellowing screenshot
3.Engineer have reactivated the software
All issues fixed , it can work again
